At the moment I'm feeling so proud of how my fitness journey is coming along. I've been feeling so motivated since I've come back from holiday to get in better shape and really push myself further. The last few months I've been finding it really difficult to fit in going to the gym as I've been working a lot of hours and also late nights so been struggling with motivation and energy, but at the moment i'm finding a really good balance and actually want to fit going to the gym into my day to day.
Like every girl in 2017 at the moment I've been working on growing my lower body and also toning and working on my core. I've been going to the gym since 2015, but only properly starting my goal since September 2016, nearly 1 year ago.

I have never been so comfortable and confident in my own skin than I have this year which has always been a big deal for me. I never thought I would ever feel this confident in my body as I have always suffered with body dysmorphia, and working out and working on myself has completely taken this away which is one of my main reasons for exercising.
Lately my eating habits have also majorly improved which is why I think I'm seeing a lot more progress lately. I don't know why but I have not been craving sugar at all lately because I've been obsessed with coffee so have been using that as my treat instead of going mad on chocolate and sweets. Like I said in my last fitness update, I'm still incorporating high protein and as much greens as I can.

Something else that has really been inspiring me is also fitness Youtube and Instagram pages. I know some people hate them because they look amazing and it makes them feel worse about they're bodies, but honestly I just use them for their workouts lol! I don't have a gym partner or a have ever had a PT, so watching videos of different workouts and learning new things is always helpful and inspiring.
