1. Work out what you want from the gym-
When your at the gym or want to work out there's nothing worse than not knowing what your doing. Before I got a plan I would just turn up to the gym and just do any old exercise and I never saw results! Weather its to tone up, bulk, or loose weight make and plan a goal! Find a variety of exercises that will help you achieve your goal and don't be afraid to watch people at the gym and ask the instructors for advice.
2. Create your own workout a plan-
Plan out the days your going to go to the gym and stick to them. Make sure you don't make your weekly plan unrealistic, if you can't make the gym 6 times a week then don't, start small and build it up! At the start you might not find it enjoyable so try not to push yourself in the begging, get the hang of it first. Google some of the best exercises for what you would like to achieve, and divide them up into your days you are exercising so you have a structured plan. Also YouTube some of the exercises if you are struggling with stance and performance.

3. Meal plan-
Meal planning is super important when staying motivated and staying healthy, especially because it makes you stay organised in getting your calories and protein in each day. I usually have 4-6 meals a day as I want to grow muscle and tone up. I always make sure I have my 3 main meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, and then 2 or 3 small snakes in between including a protein shake. My breakfast usually is either a carb or protein meal, lunch is mostly protein something like tuna and then my main dinner usually a mix of small carbs, meat and veg. And mostly Drink lots of water!!!!

4. Buy new sports wear-
now if your an avid cloth lover like me, nothing makes me feel better than feeling boss in an new outfit! So if your just starting out go and buy yourself some new workout gear that most importantly YOU FEEL CONF TABLE AND GOOD IN! I cant stress that enough don't buy something that is too small or too big because it will effect your workout!
