Goodbye to Radley

Yesterday 07.10.18 was my last day at my job in Radley. It seems so weird and so crazy that I've left because I have come away with some amazing and wonderful memories and friends. When I started my job there last October I was going through a bit of a shit time in my life and really needed a fresh start and everyone there really gave that to me. I met some amazing and beautiful strong women who I know I'm going to be friends with for the rest of my life. It really gave me an opportunity to grow not only in my job but also in myself. I've never been in a job where I've had a manger who has believed in me and wanted to actually give me opportunities in my job and i appreciated it so much!

Unfortunately over the past 6 months the majority of our family have left and its been more bad days than good which is why I know i had to leave. It's sad but at the end of the day I believe if your not in a carer then its the people who make your job and how many hours out of your life do you have to spend there! And Even now I really do love all my girls there now but if you know you know. It's hard to know how much to say but for about half or over half my time there i did absolutely love it and everyone there and it really was like a family to me .
