5 Ways To Get Better Skin

Since my teenage years I have suffered with bad skin and it always made me so self conscious and one of the things I used to hate so much about myself. I would never had thought that I would be comfortable with people seeing me with 0 makeup on but here i am lol! Over the last couple of years I've really got on top of looking after my skin apart from some cases... aka the period! So I just thought I'd share some of my tips to having better skin!
1. Drink Water! As much as you can! I really can’t stress this enough if you don't do anything else make sure you drink water. Your skin needs to be hydrated! I used to never ever drink anything because 1 i was lazy and 2 i really hate drinking water so I drink sugar free squash which helps me drink so much!
2. Detox!
Eating sugar and preservatives really really isn't going to help your skin. I drink green tea on the daily which i found really detoxes my body and gives me all them good things i need in my body.
3. Exercise
I find that exercising has been soo good for my skin. I've found that sweating and having a good sweat really gets all the bad stuff out and then having a good hot shower after is just great!
4. Find a skin Care Routine That works For You
I have found with my skin that the less product I use on my skin the better. So I take all my makeup off with baby oil and then just moisturize with vaseline cocoa butter. I find this is so good for my skin as I suffer from dry and eczema prone skin, the baby oil is so good for it especially overnight.
5.Know Your Skin Type
It's so important to know what your skin type is so you know which way is best to treat and look after your skin!
