1. Write Lists

I Literally live for writing lists. I don't know what is it but there's something about just writing down everything that I need to do or need to buy that makes me feel so much less stressed and its amazing. Nothing is better than the feeling of crossing it off the list lol!

2. Clean space, clean mind

I also love having a tidy space which sometimes doesn't happen but I know I just feel so much better when I'm in a clean and tidy space.

3. make your bed everyday

This is something I always say to my fiancee who never makes the bed lol. That if you make the bed it always makes the rest of the room look tidy even if its not.

4. put things away, straight away

It's so easy to get in a habit of just chucking things everywhere and just doing one massive clear up which is something I am very guilty for. It's so much better just to put everything away every time you get it out!

5. Section your to do list in manageable chunks

Work out the things that need to be done first and work out which days your actually going to be able to achieve them!
