MyProtein Gym Bag

I got this gym bag from MyProtein.com where I purchase all my protein, supplements, and preworkout. The bag was only £6 and I've got great use out of it already! I love the baby pink and white detailing and its such the perfect size for all of your gym accessories and clothing.

Body Spray, Hairbrush, Protien Shaker and Trainer Socks

These are some of the accessories that I always keep in my bag and are so useful for an every day gym session. These Holister body sprays are so so helpful in your gym bag as you can just wack it on after a shower and smell amazing! My protein shaker is from MyProtein.com again and I usually put my protein power in the bottom and fill it up at the end of my workout for the journey home so always keep my shaker on me. Hairbrush and trainer socks are pretty self explanatory but I always forget these especially socks and they are crucial!

Micellar Water and Makeup remover wipes

These are super helpful to carry in your gym bag if your gym has a pool and you might go swimming at anytime. Its such a quick and easy way to remove your makeup to avoid those panda eyes!

Bikini/ Swimwear

I usually just keep quite a plain looking bikini in my gym bag for swimming and this is a really nice one from Primark I got earlier this year. Its a really nice crochet material and is really flattering and for a great price too!

Hoodie, Crop Top and Leggings

I got this washed out black hoodie from Nike and I always like to bring a hoodie with me as you never know what the weather is going to be either before or after the gym. This electric blue crop top from H&M and these racer stripe leggings from Primark. I Love the sportswear from both H&M and Primark as I think they do the best and comfiest sportswear at such a good price!

Spare Crop Top/ Sports Bra and Shampoo + Conditioner

I always bring an extra sports top with me in my gym bag just in case its too hot for any reason or if i put my old one in the wash and don't put a new one in my bag, which happens a lot! I've just got my shampoo and conditioner in there in case of a post swim shower after.

Nike Trainers

I Love these trainers for the gym! So so comfortable and having white trainers goes perfectly with any outfit you bring that day!

Water bottle and Headphones

My Water bottle is from H&M and as you can tell from the faded writing I use it so so much! I love this water bottle and its also such a good size and probably go through two of these in a workout. Kieran got me these QY8 wireless Bluetooth headphones for Christmas and its one of my most used gifts! They are so so good for the gym as they're so light weight and obviously Bluetooth so much better than wired headphones!
