This year I really want to actively stick to my resolutions I've set, hence why I'm writing this post. I don't want this year to be the same old same old year where you "think" about doing everything in January and then by December you've done nothing. 2017 is going to be the year of doing. There's so much I want to achieve and progress in this year and even if I don't do everything I want look back on this year and be proud of myself. 2016 was such a challenging and tough year everything was tested, my dreams, my relationship, my mental health, and I know say this every year but 2017 another fresh start.

1. Being more positive when there's nothing to be positive about.

This is a difficult one for me because as many people do I dig myself into a downward spiral when something goes wrong. I literally can't stand it when I've worked hard for something and it all goes to shit! But life's not about the destination its about the journey which is what I need need need to keep reminding myself!

2.Staying fit and healthy.

I've been going to the gym now for just under a year and its I've noticed more than anything that its majorly improved my mental health more than anything else. When I exercise it relieves all my anxiety and my anger from the day and then I can start the next day feeling fresh and ready to go. Before I started the gym I forgot how much exercise made me feel, as I had always done 3+ sports and dance all my life minus the previous year where I focused on my art. I also want to eat more greens and less sugars! I really want to get in a good shape ready for summer and the only way is to cut out sugar, which for anyone who knows me knows all i love is anything covered in it! haha #wecandothis

3.Plan my wedding for 2018

Next year me and my boo are finally getting wed and I'm so happy to be marrying my soulmate *inserts heart eyes emoji here*. We are going to get everything planned and ready this year for our day so the six months before hand next year and bee relaxing and chilled... hopefully!

4. Save Save Save

Obviously planning a wedding means saving a lot anyway but I want to focus on using my money on experiences and investments this year. So more travelling, the wedding...obvs , festivals and pieces of tec to record all these moments.

5. Progress in areas of my life I actually enjoy!

This year I really want to do more of the things I actually love and enjoy again. Over the past 5 months or so I've gone from having all the time in the world to having absolutely nothing. I need to schedule my time so when I am off, using my time to invest back into my future carer and building up my work in whatever way that'll be. I want to write more and also find and look for more opportunities to use my skills in different ways.
