MAKE YOURSELF FEEL THE BEST YOU CAN

When your feeling low you tend to neglect your body as well. Something that can make you feel so much better is doing things to make your body feel and look amazing. Pamper yourself and give your self some TLC! Have a long bath with a face mask on and shave your legs and paint your nails. This will make you feel so nice and clean ready to take on the world again. Do some exercise or go for a walk! This will give you some fresh air and get your blood pumping. Even having half an hour of exercise will make you feel so much better get some endorphins and make you sleep better at night.

DO THINGS YOU LOVE

Write a list of everything you love doing that you don't necessarily get to do on a daily basis, and make some time in every day to spend an hour or so doing what you love. This will make you feel better if your feeling overworked to relax and do something you find joy in.

BE AROUND POSITIVE PEOPLE

For me personally, nothing better when i'm feeling down is to spend time with my fiancee or my best friends. Having a rant and a drink with my loved ones makes me feel so much better and can also make the other person feel great too!
