New and Improved Health and Fitness Revamp

Recently I've been feeling all types of ways and down in the dumps, so I've established I need to start working on myself more to try to improve my physical and mental health in every way possible whilst I am looking for a new job. Until my current working situation changes I am going to the gym or do a home workout five times a week in the daytime when I would normally be doing nothing but job searching to fill my day with more positivity and self loving.
I also want to improve my eating habits, for anyone who knows me knows I love anything with sugar in and carborific, which is something i'm making a conscious effort to change. I am strictly sticking to no snack food or sweets in the week days and then on the weekends I can relax with rest days and Saturday treat day. Even though I am saving my treats for Saturday even with this in mind I still don't want to go mad on the weekend because I really feel that sugar really does have a huge impact to my mood and my energy level and whats the point of doing so much hard work in the week to binge out on the weekend right?
Through this journey I also want to drink so much more water or green tea. I have a bad habit of literally drinking nothing all day which in the past have caused various water infections and so forth. We won't go into that now haha! Currently I've got a water bottle that i'm trying to get through 4/5 bottles of that a day o water. I also like to fill it up with a diluatable sugar free squash also, as I find it so much easier to drink and actually tastes nice!
