My First Modeling Experience

I've been thinking of plan B ideas whilst I look for my fashion apprenticeships. Modelling was something I have always thought about doing as I also love photography, just never had the courage to take further. Lately I've had the mind set of “doing it even if it scares you.” I really want to push myself out of my comfort zones, so I don't limit myself and also build my confidence. I googled some modelling sites and I applied for a few. All I had to do was send my email and a profile photo of myself. Three days later I received a phone call from the company “Model Guides” saying that I have been short-listed to come in for a shoot. These companies are not agencies, they simply are looking for new talent. They invited me to go to Kube Studios in London to do a shoot using 3 makeup and hair looks and 4 – 7 outfits. And after these shoots they determine weather or not you can make it as a model. I found that this was a great opportunity for me and has opened my eyes to different pathway's I can explore in my carer and I really enjoyed and loved the whole experience.
